Most agencies do not publish a price. We do, and so this hub starts with ours: a one-off setup of $1,000–$3,000, then $200–$500 per qualified meeting that took place and that you approved against a written definition, or a flat retainer of $5,000 a month with no per-meeting fee. No minimum spend, and a no-show costs nothing. The full terms, and what counts as qualified, are in the first group below.

The second group is what other firms charge. Where a competitor publishes a rate card we quote it with the date we read it; where they do not, we say so and show the estimates others report. Each page turns the monthly fee into a cost per held meeting, because a retainer, an SDR seat and a pay-per-meeting price only become comparable once you divide by the meetings that actually happened.

If you are reading this before a call with an agency, start with the formula page and the definition of a qualified meeting. A low price per meeting means little if the contract counts a booked slot rather than a held one, or lets the agency decide what qualified means.
