Home › Blog › Cleverly pricing (October 2026): $397 to $2,997 a month, depending on which page you read
Cleverly's own pages give $397–$997 a month for LinkedIn lead gen and $697–$2,997 for appointment setting. What each covers, the terms, and alternatives.

Short answer: Cleverly publishes price ranges, not a rate card. Its FAQ says lead generation runs "$397/mo to $997/mo", its LinkedIn page says it "start[s] at $397 per month", and its appointment-setting page says services "range from $697–$2,997/month" (as of October 2026). Cold email is "Month-to-month, no contracts". Cleverly says it "can't guarantee a specific number" of leads.
How this page was made. Written by Moe Alhosni, who runs ROI Maximizer, a pay-per-meeting agency that competes with Cleverly. Every price below is quoted from Cleverly's own pages, read on 30 October 2026 and linked. Where a third party says something Cleverly does not, I label it.
| Service | What Cleverly publishes | Source |
|---|---|---|
| LinkedIn lead generation | "start at $397 per month" | LinkedIn lead generation page |
| Lead generation (FAQ) | "our pricing plans range from $397/mo to $997/mo, depending on your campaign needs" | FAQ |
| Team plans | "significant discounts for team plans with 3 or more users" | FAQ |
| Appointment setting | "range from $697–$2,997/month" | Appointment setting page |
| Pay per appointment | "We don't offer pure pay-per-appointment pricing" | Appointment setting page |
| Cold email | Two plans: Growth, "Flat Monthly Retainer"; Scale, "Pay per lead"; no fee shown for either | Cold email page |
| Cold email terms | "Month-to-month, no contracts" | Cold email page |
| Guarantee | "we can't guarantee a specific number" of leads or conversions | FAQ |
All prices are Cleverly's own, as of October 2026.
Cleverly started as a LinkedIn outreach service and added cold email, appointment setting, cold calling and outsourced SDRs. The FAQ says as much: Cleverly "was built on LinkedIn Lead Generation and Cold Email Outreach" and later "expanded our services to include cold email campaigns, and appointment setting".
So the two ranges price two different things:
The FAQ does not say which plan includes which services. Some third-party reviews name three LinkedIn tiers, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Cleverly's own pages, as I read them, do not use those names, so treat the tiers as unconfirmed.
On the LinkedIn plans, per Cleverly's page:
On appointment setting, outreach runs over LinkedIn, email and calling. If you take outsourced SDRs, the page promises placement "with 100% free replacement". That is a staffing guarantee, not a meeting guarantee.
The FAQ says "most clients typically see 20-40 new leads per month". It is careful to add that Cleverly "can't guarantee a specific number". Note the word: leads, which on a LinkedIn plan means replies, not meetings.
Cleverly's appointment-setting retainer is a flat fee, so the cost per meeting is the fee divided by meetings held. At the top of the range, $2,997 a month, ten held meetings cost about $300 each; three cost about $1,000 each. My arithmetic, not Cleverly's.
On the LinkedIn plans the sum is different, because you book the meetings yourself. Divide the fee by the meetings your own team turns those replies into. Use the cost per meeting calculator with your real numbers.
It suits you less if nobody will work the replies, if your buyers are not on LinkedIn, or if you want to pay only when a meeting happens. Cleverly says plainly it does not offer that.
| Firm | How it charges, from its own page (as of October 2026) | Term |
|---|---|---|
| Cleverly | $397–$997 a month lead gen; $697–$2,997 a month appointment setting | Cold email month to month; others not stated |
| Modern Inbound | $599 or $899 + GST a month, plus $99 a month mailboxes and $150 a year domains | "3 months, billed quarterly in advance" |
| FunnL | "$2000 monthly retainer" plus "$300 per completed sales meeting" | Not stated |
| Sopro | "starts at around €3.4K per month" | "no minimum contract" |
| CIENCE | $2,000 team + $499 platform + SDRs from $1,750 a month | "Month to month, no long contract" |
| ROI Maximizer | Setup $1,000–$3,000, then $200–$500 per qualified meeting that took place, or a flat $5,000 a month | No minimum term |
More are grouped in Cleverly alternatives. Sopro, the nearest like-for-like on LinkedIn plus email, is covered in Sopro pricing.
We charge per meeting. A one-off setup fee of $1,000–$3,000, then $200–$500 per qualified meeting that took place, nothing for a no-show. Or a flat $5,000 a month. No minimum term.
That is more than Cleverly's entry price, and it buys something different: a held meeting with a qualified buyer, not a reply you still have to convert. Our published proof: PR Noir, 27 leads that became 10 qualified meetings and a $90K deal in 45 days, and P1 Communications, 20+ qualified meetings.

Cleverly's FAQ gives "$397/mo to $997/mo" for lead generation, and its appointment-setting page gives "$697–$2,997/month", as of October 2026. Its LinkedIn page says services "start at $397 per month". The price within each range depends on channels and campaign scope.
Cleverly's cold email service is "Month-to-month, no contracts". Its pages do not state a minimum for LinkedIn lead generation or appointment setting. One third-party review reports a 90-day minimum on the LinkedIn plans, which Cleverly's pages do not confirm.
No. The appointment-setting page says "We don't offer pure pay-per-appointment pricing." Its cold email page lists a "Pay per lead" Scale plan, with no fee shown.
No. The FAQ says "we can't guarantee a specific number" and that most clients "typically see 20-40 new leads per month". Leads there means replies, not held meetings.
It can be, for a small budget and a buyer who lives on LinkedIn, provided someone on your side works every reply. If you need meetings booked and held, compare the appointment-setting range with per-meeting options before you sign.
Get three things in writing, from Cleverly, from us, or from anyone else:
A qualified meeting is defined at what counts as a qualified meeting. Work out the most a meeting is worth to you with the cost per meeting calculator before you compare quotes.
