Home › Blog › Sopro pricing (October 2026): from around €3.4K a month, no minimum contract
Sopro's pricing page says fees start at around €3.4K a month with no minimum contract and no tiers. What that buys, the terms, and cost per meeting.

Short answer: Sopro's pricing page says "pricing starts at around €3.4K per month" and promises "no minimum contract" (as of October 2026). There are no published tiers; the final figure is set after a call. The fee buys managed email and LinkedIn outreach, display ads, gifting and intent tracking. Replies go to your team. Sopro does not tie the fee to meetings.

Sopro quotes in euros on the page I was served. At illustrative rates of €1 to £0.87 and $1.15, that is roughly £3,000 or $3,900 a month before VAT. That is my conversion, not Sopro's, and it moves with the rate. Ask Sopro to quote in your billing currency.
"Starts at" matters. The page says the fee is built around your goals, so a wider audience or more channels will cost more. Nothing on the page tells you how much more.
The pricing page groups it in five blocks:
That is a broad bundle for the price. If you would otherwise buy data, an intent tool, a sending tool and someone to run them, €3.4K is not expensive.
The meeting. Sopro's homepage says "Sales enquiries go directly to your team, so they can focus on pitching and closing new deals". Its appointment-setting page says that when prospects want to talk, Sopro hands "the reins over to your team to arrange the time". Someone on your side has to answer every reply and book the call, ideally the same day.
"No minimum contract" is a real advantage. Many retainers start at three or six months. The pricing page does not state a notice period. A March 2026 Trustpilot reviewer, quoted in our Sopro alternatives page, described a 30-day notice period in separate terms and conditions. Read those terms before you sign.
As of 30 October 2026 the homepage showed "3,375 Clients", "22,839 Campaigns", "91,384,357 Outreach messages" and "630,388 Conversations started". On those figures, one conversation for roughly every 145 messages, my arithmetic. The same page says "Trusted by 3,750+ B2B companies", which does not match the client counter; the page does not explain the gap.
That ratio is the product. Sopro sends at volume and hands you what comes back.
Sopro does not report meetings, so you have to supply the number. The sum is the monthly fee divided by the meetings your team holds from Sopro's replies. At roughly $3,900 a month: four held meetings cost about $975 each; ten cost about $390 each. Illustrative only. Run your own in the cost per meeting calculator.
It suits you less if your market is a few hundred companies, if replies would sit unanswered, or if you need the bill to fall in a month with no meetings.
| Firm | How it charges, from its own page (as of October 2026) | Term |
|---|---|---|
| Sopro | From around €3.4K a month | "no minimum contract" |
| Modern Inbound | $599 or $899 + GST a month, plus $99 a month mailboxes, $150 a year domains | 3 months, billed quarterly in advance |
| Cleverly | $397–$997 a month lead gen; $697–$2,997 a month appointment setting | Cold email month to month |
| Callbox | Estimated "$6,667/mo" per pod | Not stated |
| Belkins | "From $5,000/month" | "Six-month agreement with a three-month checkpoint" |
| ROI Maximizer | Setup $1,000–$3,000, then $200–$500 per qualified meeting that took place, or a flat $5,000 a month | No minimum term |
The full grouped list is in Sopro alternatives. For a US agency with a published floor, see Belkins pricing.
We charge per meeting, in USD. A one-off setup fee of $1,000–$3,000, then $200–$500 per qualified meeting that took place, nothing for a no-show. Or a flat $5,000 a month. No minimum term.
The difference from Sopro is who books. We book and confirm the meeting, and on the per-meeting plan you pay only for the ones that happened. Our published proof: P1 Communications, a UK PR agency, 20+ qualified meetings, and PR Noir, 27 leads that became 10 qualified meetings and a $90K deal in 45 days.

Sopro's pricing page says "pricing starts at around €3.4K per month", as of October 2026. That is roughly £3,000 or $3,900 at illustrative exchange rates, my conversion. There are no published tiers; the figure is set after a call.
No. The pricing page says "no minimum contract". It does not state a notice period on that page, so read the terms and conditions before signing.
Usually your team does. Sopro's homepage says "Sales enquiries go directly to your team", and its appointment-setting page says Sopro hands "the reins over to your team to arrange the time".
Email, LinkedIn, display ads through "Audience AdSync" and gifting, plus intent tracking and website visitor identification, per the pricing page.
It depends on how many meetings your team gets from Sopro's replies. At a fixed fee, the cost per meeting falls as meetings rise. Divide the quote by a realistic monthly meeting count and compare that with a per-meeting price.
Get three things in writing, from Sopro, from us, or from anyone else:
A qualified meeting is defined at what counts as a qualified meeting. Before you take a quote, find the most a meeting is worth to you with the cost per meeting calculator.
