12 pay-per-meeting and appointment setting agencies scored on published price, held-meeting billing and minimum term. Prices as of October 2026.

By Moe Alhosni · Published 30 October 2026 · 14 min read

Short answer: As of October 2026, three agencies publish a per-meeting price, bill only meetings that took place and ask for no minimum term: ScaliQ ($99–$499 per attended meeting), VA Horizon ($200–$600 per held meeting) and ROI Maximizer ($200–$500 per qualified meeting that took place). SalesGent is next, from $250 with a 3-month minimum. The rest of the twelve charge a retainer, or do not say what a meeting costs.

How this list was made. I'm Moe Alhosni and I run ROI Maximizer, one of the twelve agencies below. So I did not rank by opinion. Each firm is scored on three things you can check on its own website: is a price published, is billing tied to meetings that actually happened, and is there no minimum term. Every figure was read on the firm's own page on 30 October 2026 (Belkins' channels on 29 October) and is linked. Where a firm publishes no price, I say so instead of quoting a third-party guess.

This page covers agencies in any industry. If you sell to banks, insurers or asset managers, the fintech versions are pay-per-meeting agencies for fintech and fintech lead generation agencies compared. For appointment setters grouped by how they charge, unranked, see appointment setting companies.

What the score measures, and what it does not

The score ranks the deal, not the delivery. Three criteria, 0 to 2 points each:

  1. Price transparency. 2 = a per-meeting price on the firm's own site. 1 = a monthly fee or estimate on its own site. 0 = no price.
  2. Billing on held meetings. 2 = you pay only for a meeting that took place, and no-shows are not billed, in the firm's own words. 1 = some pay is linked to meetings (a bonus, a booked-meeting floor, an undefined "completed" meeting). 0 = no link, or not stated.
  3. No minimum term. 2 = no minimum term stated. 1 = three months or less. 0 = longer, or not stated.

Ties are broken by what you pay before the first meeting: setup fee plus any fee for a month with no meetings. Lowest first.

What this leaves out matters as much. I cannot score meeting quality, reply handling or how well a firm knows your market from a pricing page. A firm that scores 1 may book you better meetings than one that scores 6. The score tells you who carries the risk of a quiet month. Ask for dated results before you pick anyone, including us.

The scoring table

RankAgencyPrice transparencyHeld-meeting billingNo minimum termScoreBefore the first meeting
1ScaliQ2226$0: no setup, no retainer
2VA Horizon2226$300 setup
3ROI Maximizer (us)2226$1,000–$3,000 setup
4SalesGent2215No setup fee stated; 3-month minimum

10SalesHive0022Not published
11Callbox1001About $6,667 a month per pod, estimated

We tie for first on the three criteria and come third on the tie-breaker, because our setup fee is the highest of the three. That is the honest result of the method, so that is where we sit.

The top three, in detail

1. ScaliQ

ScaliQ prices between $99 and $499 per qualified meeting the prospect attends, with "The exact price is confirmed before the campaign begins." No setup fee and no retainer, so a month with nothing costs nothing. A rescheduled meeting is billed only once the prospect turns up.

The catch is the channel. Campaigns run on LinkedIn through "an authorized LinkedIn profile belonging to you or your company". Ask what happens if LinkedIn restricts that profile, and whether you are comfortable with automated messages going out in your name.

2. VA Horizon

VA Horizon charges $200 to $600 per held, double-confirmed meeting, by industry, after a $300 setup. Its page says "No show or off criteria meetings are never billed" and offers a "Free no-show replacement".

It works over SMS, with human and AI SDRs. That fits some buyers and not others. A text from an unknown number reads differently to a CFO than an email does. One more thing: its banner says "Pay per booked meeting" while the body says held. Get held in the contract.

3. ROI Maximizer (us)

A one-off setup of $1,000 to $3,000, then $200 to $500 per qualified meeting that took place, billed monthly in arrears. Or $5,000 a month flat, with no per-meeting fee. No minimum term and nothing for a no-show. The definition of "qualified" is written and agreed before the first email, and you can reject a meeting that does not match it. Where you sit in each range depends on deal size, how hard the list is and the market; it is confirmed on the call. Full terms are in pay per meeting lead generation pricing.

Our published results are from two PR agencies. PR Noir got 27 leads, 10 qualified meetings and a $90K deal in 45 days, broken down in PR Noir's first 45 days. P1 Communications, a UK hospitality PR agency, got 20+ qualified meetings.

Note that the $5,000 flat option is a retainer. On that option a quiet month costs the same as a good one, like every retainer below.

The rest, by score

4. SalesGent

SalesGent's headline is "Only pay for meetings that are held", and its FAQ says pricing "starts at $250/ qualified sales opportunities". An opportunity and a held meeting are not the same stage in your pipeline, so ask which one is billed. The three-month minimum is the only thing keeping it off the top tier. Channels are cold email and LinkedIn.

5. CIENCE

CIENCE publishes more than most: $2,000 a month for the campaign team, $499 for the platform, and SDRs from $1,750 offshore or $3,500 in the US and Europe. Above that sits a bonus paid when an SDR passes 60% of a monthly held-meeting target. The setup fee is not priced on the page. It runs email, phone and LinkedIn, month to month. With one offshore SDR, a month with no meetings costs $4,249. More in CIENCE pricing.

6. FunnL

FunnL charges "$300 per completed sales meeting" on top of a retainer "Starting at $2000". The page says "Only pay for qualified meetings" but does not define completed or qualified, and states no term or no-show rule. It is the cheapest retainer here with pay linked to meetings. Get the definitions written down.

7. Sopro

Sopro, a UK managed outreach service, starts "at around €3.4K per month" with "no minimum contract". It runs email, LinkedIn, display ads and gifting. Its pricing page does not say it books meetings. If replies come to your team, someone on your side must answer them the same day. More in Sopro alternatives.

8. LeadHaste

LeadHaste charges $4,500 a month plus a $1,000 setup, three months then month to month. Its guarantee: "We agree on a booked-meeting floor. If we miss it, payments pause until we catch up." That is a real protection, and more than most retainers offer. Two gaps: the floor counts booked meetings, not held ones, and the number is agreed per client, not published. Email is the core channel; LinkedIn is scoped separately.

9. Belkins

Belkins' own comparison page lists a "pay-per-appointment plan starting from $750/meeting" beside its retainer "From $5,000/month" on a "Six-month agreement with a three-month checkpoint". It does not say whether the $750 is for a booked or a held meeting, or what term the plan carries. Belkins runs email, LinkedIn and calling, and suits larger deals. More in Belkins pricing.

10. SalesHive

SalesHive is clear that it "does not price by the meeting". One flat monthly fee, custom quoted, no setup fee, month to month, with billing ending at the end of the next billing month after written notice. Starter is phone only; Growth adds email. It is here because people search for it as a pay-per-meeting firm. It is not one. More in the SalesHive review.

11. Callbox

Callbox estimates $6,667 a month per pod, with "Exact pricing provided after consultation" and contract length on request. It runs phone, email, LinkedIn and web retargeting, across countries and languages. No per-appointment pricing on its page. More in Callbox pricing.

12. Martal Group

Martal's pricing page says "Inquire about pricing" on every tier: a flat monthly fee, plus a sales commission on the higher tiers, after a three- or four-month pilot. It runs email, LinkedIn and calls, and its higher tiers carry on past the first meeting. You cannot compare it on price until you are on a call. More in Martal Group pricing.

Two more I checked and left out

Cleverly runs LinkedIn, cold email and calling, but its homepage shows no price and no per-meeting offer. Pay Per Appointment, a UK firm, says "We do not have a minimum term contract in place" and serves B2B clients only, but publishes no price and does not define the appointment. Both would score too low to change the order.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best pay-per-meeting lead generation agency?

On published terms as of October 2026, ScaliQ, VA Horizon and ROI Maximizer score highest: each publishes a per-meeting price, bills only meetings that took place and has no minimum term. Which one is best for you depends on channel. ScaliQ uses LinkedIn, VA Horizon uses SMS and we use cold email.

How much does a pay-per-meeting agency charge?

Published prices run from $99 per attended meeting (ScaliQ's lowest) to Belkins' plan "starting from $750/meeting", as of October 2026. We charge $200–$500 per qualified meeting that took place, after a $1,000–$3,000 setup. The full breakdown is in pay per meeting lead generation pricing.

Do pay-per-meeting agencies charge for no-shows?

ScaliQ, VA Horizon, SalesGent and ROI Maximizer say no-shows are not billed. FunnL and Belkins' per-meeting plan do not say on the pages I checked. Put it in the contract either way.

Is pay per meeting better than a retainer?

It is better when a quiet month would hurt and you want the agency to carry that risk. A retainer can cost less per meeting at high volume, and buys a team, several channels or phone work. The trade-off is in pay per meeting vs retainer lead generation.

What is the difference between a booked and a held meeting?

A booked meeting is on the calendar. A held meeting took place. Agencies that bill on booked meetings get paid for no-shows; ones that bill on held meetings do not. LeadHaste's guarantee counts booked meetings; ScaliQ, VA Horizon, SalesGent and we bill held ones.

Before you sign with anyone

Get three things in writing before you pay any agency, including this one.

  1. What exactly is billed. Attended, held, completed, opportunity or approved: one word, defined.
  2. No-show and reschedule terms. Not charged until the meeting takes place.
  3. Fixed fees and minimum term. Setup, retainer and months committed, all in one place.

Prices move. Every figure here was on the firm's own page on 30 October 2026; the order form is the price. If you want a second opinion on a shortlist, book 30 minutes or email moe@roimaxi.com.
