Privacy notice

Last updated: 25 October 2026

In short: we keep what you send us through a form so we can answer it. Our visit statistics use no cookies and store no IP address or ID for you. A few outside services handle data for us, and they are all listed below. Email moe@roimaxi.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.

This notice covers roimaxi.com only.

Who we are

ROI Maximizer is a trading name of M Ventures LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15554493). Registered office: 4 Beau Street, Bath, BA1 1QY, United Kingdom.

M Ventures LTD decides how the personal data on this site is used. That makes it the controller under UK GDPR. For anything in this notice, email moe@roimaxi.com.

The enquiry form

The contact form on the home page asks for:

With it we save a label for the form, the address of the page you sent it from, the country Cloudflare's network places your connection in, and the time. We do not save your IP address. The enquiry is stored in our database and emailed to Moe at moe@roimaxi.com so he can reply.

Why, and on what basis: to answer your enquiry. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you asked us something, and we want to answer it. We do not add you to a newsletter or an email sequence.

The price-in-writing form appears under the cost per meeting calculator and in the next-step box on some blog posts. It asks for your work email and, if you want to give it, your company website. With them we save the address of the page you asked from, the country of your connection, the time and a label for the form. They are kept in the same store as the other enquiries and emailed to Moe. We use them to send you the price in writing, and Moe may follow up once. We keep them for the same time as enquiries, on the same basis.

The free GTM teardown

On the teardown page you can enter a website address and get a go-to-market teardown of that company. Running it needs no email address.

When you run it, our server:

OpenRouter receives public website text and the address you typed. It does not receive your name, your email or your IP address.

We also keep:

If the tool is out of capacity and you leave your email, we save it with the domain and the time so we can run the teardown later and send it; Moe may follow up once. With them we save a label for the form, the address of the page and the country of your connection, as for the enquiry form, and Moe gets an email about it. While the teardown is out of capacity, the page also checks the domain's public email records from inside your browser, as the email setup checker does, and sends nothing about that check to us.

Why, and on what basis: to give you the teardown you asked for, to keep the tool available to everyone, and to know which companies are interested in what we do. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests.

Emailing yourself a copy

Once the teardown is on screen, you can ask for a copy by email. We save your email address, the domain, the country of your connection and the time, and we send the copy through Resend. Moe gets a note that you asked. As the page says, Moe may follow up once.

Why, and on what basis: to send what you asked for, and to follow it up once. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. If you do not want the follow-up, reply to the email or write to moe@roimaxi.com and it will not happen.

Booking a call

Booking buttons open Calendly at calendly.com/roimaxi/call, and the home page shows Calendly's calendar inside the page. What you enter when you book goes to Calendly, which handles it under its own privacy notice, and Calendly passes your booking to us so we can hold the call.

Paying for a consulting hour

The pay button on the consulting page opens Stripe's checkout. Stripe handles your card details, and we never see them. We use the contact details from the payment to arrange your hour. We keep payment records for as long as UK accounting rules require.

Requests from AI assistants

If an AI assistant sends us a contact request for you through our MCP server, we store the name, email, company and message it sends, and the ID the assistant registered with us. These are deleted automatically after 90 days. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: answering the request.

The lead list checker

The lead list checker reads your CSV inside your browser. Nothing from the file is sent to us or to anyone else.

The email setup checker

The email setup checker reads a domain's public email records (MX, SPF, DMARC and DKIM) from inside your browser, through the public DNS services listed under other services below. The domain you type is not sent to us and is not stored.

Visit statistics

We count visits with our own small tracker. It sets no cookies, gives you and your device no ID, and stores no IP address. Each event records:

To leave out bots, the tracker checks your browser's user-agent string. That string is not stored.

Why, and on what basis: to know which pages and tools get used. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests.

What our code stores in your browser

No cookies. Three small items:

NameWhereWhat it holdsHow long
rm-visitSession storageThe page you landed on and the kind of source, so later pages in the same visit carry themUntil you close the tab
chunk-reload-atSession storageA time, set only when a page fails to load just after we update the site, so it reloads once and no moreUntil you close the tab
roimaxi:exit-intent-seenLocal storageWhen the panel that offers the teardown as you leave the home page was shown, so it never shows againUntil you clear your browser data

Only what rm-visit holds is ever sent to us, inside the visit statistics above.
