SalesHive pricing (October 2026): three plans, no published price, and what you pay

Home › Blog › SalesHive pricing (October 2026): three plans, no published price, and what you pay

SalesHive publishes three plans but no prices: one custom-quoted monthly fee, no setup fee, no meeting guarantee. What each plan includes and the terms.

By Moe Alhosni · Published 31 October 2026 · 8 min read

Short answer: SalesHive does not publish a price. Its pricing page lists three plans, Starter, Growth and Crush, each "Custom quoted" as "One monthly fee", with "No setup fees" and "No per-meeting pricing" (as of October 2026). Month-to-month plans end "at the end of the next billing month" after written notice. SalesHive says plainly that it does "not guarantee a number of meetings".

How this page was made. Written by Moe Alhosni, who runs ROI Maximizer, a pay-per-meeting agency that competes with SalesHive. Every SalesHive figure below comes from SalesHive's own pages, read on 30 October 2026 and linked. Where SalesHive publishes nothing, I say so rather than repeat a guess.

What SalesHive sells

SalesHive is an outsourced SDR agency. You rent SDR capacity, measured in daily touches, and SalesHive runs the calling and email.

Its homepage says the core SDRs are US-based, with offshore calling teams as a lower-cost option. It also gives its scale: "106K+" qualified meetings booked and "1,500+" client accounts launched, "Counted from client meeting and account records since 2016". To SalesHive's credit, the same line says these are "Recorded meeting bookings, not attendance or closed revenue." That is a more honest label than most agencies give their headline number.

The plan names tell you what you are buying:

So the price you will be quoted scales with people and activity, not with results.

What is included

Per the pricing page, every managed plan includes:

Data and tools being inside the fee matters. With many agencies the list and the sending tools are line items on top.

Contract terms

Three lines on the pricing page decide your risk.

  1. Notice. "Cancellation requires written notice; outreach and billing end at the end of the next billing month." If you give notice on the 2nd of a month, you can still be billed for the whole of the following month. Budget for one extra month after you decide to stop.
  2. Billing before launch. "You owe $0 until you approve everything for launch." That is a fair term. You see the strategy and the copy before money moves.
  3. Annual plans. They "carry a longer commitment", and the page does not say how long. Ask for the term in writing before you compare an annual rate with a monthly one.

There is no meeting guarantee. A month in which the SDRs make their touches but nobody books still costs the full fee. That is not a hidden catch. SalesHive says it openly, and it is how every seat-based agency works.

What a SalesHive meeting costs

Because the price is quoted, there is no honest way to put a dollar figure on a SalesHive meeting from its own pages. What you can do is run your quote through one sum when you get it:

Monthly fee ÷ meetings that actually took place that month = your real cost per meeting.

Ask SalesHive for the held-meeting count, not bookings, from clients at your deal size and market. Its own homepage figure counts bookings. Then plug the quote into the cost per meeting calculator. What clients have reported paying, and what they complained about, is collected in our SalesHive review.

Who SalesHive suits

SalesHive is a good fit when:

It is a weaker fit when your market is a few hundred accounts, when nobody in your team can take the meetings quickly, or when you need the cost to fall in a month with no results.

Two of these side by side: SalesHive vs CIENCE. For a fuller list, see SalesHive alternatives.

ROI Maximizer

We charge per meeting, not per seat. A one-off setup fee of $1,000–$3,000, then $200–$500 per qualified meeting that took place. Nothing for a no-show. If you would rather pay a fixed amount, there is a flat $5,000 a month option instead. No minimum term on either.

We are email-led and small. Our published proof is two clients: PR Noir, 27 leads that became 10 qualified meetings and a $90K deal in 45 days, and P1 Communications, a UK PR agency, 20+ qualified meetings. That is the full list of results we publish.

Frequently asked questions

How much does SalesHive cost per month?

SalesHive does not publish a figure. Its pricing page says each plan is "Custom quoted" as "One monthly fee", with no setup fee, as of October 2026. The price depends on the plan (Starter, Growth or Crush), whether the SDRs are US-based or offshore, and whether you sign monthly or annually.

Does SalesHive charge per meeting?

No. The pricing page says "No per-meeting pricing" and "we do not guarantee a number of meetings". You pay a flat monthly fee for SDR capacity, and the fee is the same whatever the meeting count.

Does SalesHive have a setup fee?

No. The pricing page says "No setup fees", and "You owe $0 until you approve everything for launch."

How do you cancel SalesHive?

On a month-to-month plan, by written notice. SalesHive's pricing page says outreach and billing "end at the end of the next billing month", so expect to pay for the month after the one in which you give notice. Annual plans carry a longer commitment that the page does not specify.

What is the difference between SalesHive's plans?

Starter is one SDR on the phone only, 100+ daily touches, no email. Growth is one SDR on phone and email, 250+ daily touches. Crush is two SDRs on phone and email, 500+ daily touches. Each comes in a US-based and an offshore version.

Before you sign with anyone

Get three things in writing, from SalesHive, from us, or from anyone else:

  1. The qualification definition. Titles, company size, and what the prospect has to say for a meeting to count.
  2. No-show terms. Replaced, credited, or charged.
  3. What you pay in a zero-meeting month. On a seat, the answer is the full fee. Know it before you sign.

A qualified meeting is defined at what counts as a qualified meeting. Before you accept any quote, work out the most you can afford per meeting with the cost per meeting calculator.
