Enter a company website and get back, in one pass:
Who your site says you sell to — the ideal customer profile your own copy implies: job titles, seniority, industries, company size, geography and the buying trigger. Plus the criteria an outbound campaign needs that your site does not establish.
How big that market actually is — an order-of-magnitude band for how many companies match, the filter that cuts hardest, and what monthly qualified-meeting volume is realistic against a market that size.
Whether your email can reach an inbox — live DNS lookups for SPF, DMARC and MX. Measured fact, not opinion. A missing DMARC record is the most common reason good cold email lands in spam.
Whether the site is ready for the traffic — ICP clarity, verifiable proof, and whether a buyer has a next step to take.
How legible you are to a machine — what an automated reader can establish about you from public information, which of your claims would not survive a sceptic, and the buying questions nobody can currently answer about you.
The cold email we would send you — written from your own site, in front of you. Judge the craft rather than the claim.
What to do first — three to five prioritised actions, most expensive problem first.
What it is honest about
The DNS findings are live lookups and factual. Everything read from your copy is judgement and is labelled as such. The market size is an order of magnitude, not a database count. The legibility section measures what a machine can establish about you from public information — it is not a report on what any particular assistant will say about you.
There is no score out of 100. A number like that tells you nothing you can act on.
What it costs
Nothing, and no email is required. Results are not gated.
If the teardown says outbound is not your constraint right now, it will say that — including when that means you do not need an agency.
