Home › Blog › Leadium pricing (October 2026): no published price, month to month, no outcome guarantee
Leadium publishes no price. Its pricing page confirms month-to-month contracts and no outcome guarantee. What's included, who it suits, and alternatives.

Short answer: Leadium does not publish a price. Its pricing page says "all of our contracts are month-to-month" and that Leadium does "not provide performance guarantees for the outcomes" of outbound (as of October 2026). The only dollar figures on the page are budget bands in the enquiry form, from "$2,500 to $3,500" to "Above $10,000". Those are options you tick, not Leadium's fees.
How this page was made. Written by Moe Alhosni, who runs ROI Maximizer, a pay-per-meeting agency that competes with Leadium. Leadium facts come from its own pricing page and homepage, read on 30 October 2026 and linked. I have not used third-party price estimates, because none of them is confirmed by Leadium.
| Item | What Leadium publishes | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Price | None shown | Pricing page, as of October 2026 |
| Budget bands in the enquiry form | "$2,500 to $3,500", "$3,500 to $5,000", "$5,000 to $7,000", "$7,000 to $10,000", "Above $10,000" | Pricing page (form options, not prices) |
| Contract | "all of our contracts are month-to-month" | Pricing page |
| Guarantee | Service and activity deliverables guaranteed; "we do not provide performance guarantees for the outcomes" | Pricing page |
| Services | Appointment Setting, Data Sourcing, Inbound Lead Qualification | Pricing page |
| Channels | Outbound email, cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, gifting | Pricing page |
| Launch | 7 to 10 days for appointment setting; start dates on the 1st or 15th | Pricing page |
It is tempting to read the form as a price list. It is not. A budget dropdown tells you which buyers Leadium expects to hear from: the lowest band is $2,500 to $3,500 a month, and the top is open-ended. It does not tell you what Leadium will quote.
If you see a page quoting "Leadium costs $X a month", check whether the number comes from Leadium. On 30 October 2026 Leadium's own pages gave no figure.
Leadium is an outsourced SDR and appointment-setting agency. The pricing page lists three services: appointment setting, data sourcing and inbound lead qualification. The homepage describes appointment setting across "email, phone, LinkedIn, SMS & gifting".
The pricing page names six pillars: channel strategy, curated data research, personalised copywriting, enterprise technology licences, a US-based sales team and analytic reviews. Day to day, campaign managers work in a shared Slack channel and track performance in Apollo.io, with two-way HubSpot and Salesforce integration.
One detail I like: clients approve all work products before activation. You see the list and the copy before anything goes out.
Month-to-month. The pricing page says "all of our contracts are month-to-month", and adds that Leadium wants clients to stay for results, not because of commitment. That is a real advantage over agencies with three- or six-month minimums. The page does not state a notice period, so ask for one in writing.
No outcome guarantee. The wording is careful: "Leadium guarantees the service and sales activity deliverables we offer to our clients", but "we do not provide performance guarantees for the outcomes of our outbound sales efforts". In plain terms, Leadium guarantees the work, not the meetings. If a month produces nothing, you still pay for the activity.
Start dates. Programmes start on the 1st or the 15th of a month. Appointment setting typically launches in 7 to 10 days, lead generation in 1 to 3 days.
Leadium's homepage is generous with figures, and some of them disagree. The hero says "We've lived through 97 clients being acquired"; a counter further down says "Clients Acquired 76". One section says "500+ sales leaders, marketers, and founders" trust Leadium; the footer says it is "fueling 1,500+ high growth sales orgs". None of these is a meeting count or a price. I would ask Leadium which figures are current before relying on any of them.
It suits you less if your budget is below its lowest band, or if you need the bill to fall when the meetings do.
When the quote arrives, divide it by the meetings that actually took place. If Leadium quotes $5,000 a month and you hold five meetings, each cost $1,000. If you hold ten, $500. That is illustrative arithmetic, not a Leadium figure. Run your own numbers in the cost per meeting calculator.
| Firm | How it charges, from its own page (as of October 2026) | Term |
|---|---|---|
| Leadium | Not published; month-to-month | Month to month |
| SalesHive | "Custom quoted", one monthly fee, "No setup fees" | Month to month, ends at the end of the next billing month after notice |
| CIENCE | $2,000 campaign team + $499 platform + SDRs from $1,750 a month | "Month to month, no long contract" |
| SalesRoads | $11,950 per 4 weeks for one SDR | "Cancel anytime" |
| FunnL | "Starting at $2000 monthly retainer" plus "$300 per completed sales meeting" | Not stated |
| ROI Maximizer | Setup $1,000–$3,000, then $200–$500 per qualified meeting that took place, or a flat $5,000 a month | No minimum term |
More options are grouped in Leadium alternatives. If CIENCE is on your list, its rate card is unpacked in CIENCE pricing.
We charge per meeting. A one-off setup fee of $1,000–$3,000, then $200–$500 per qualified meeting that took place, and nothing for a no-show. Or a flat $5,000 a month if you prefer a fixed bill. No minimum term on either. Where Leadium guarantees activity, our per-meeting plan bills only the outcome.
Our published proof is short: PR Noir, 27 leads that became 10 qualified meetings and a $90K deal in 45 days, and P1 Communications, 20+ qualified meetings for a UK PR agency.

Leadium does not publish a price, as of October 2026. Its enquiry form offers budget bands from "$2,500 to $3,500" a month up to "Above $10,000", which suggests the range of buyers it works with. The actual fee is quoted after a consultation.
No minimum term is published. The pricing page says "all of our contracts are month-to-month". It does not state a notice period, so ask for it in writing.
No. Leadium guarantees "the service and sales activity deliverables" but says it does "not provide performance guarantees for the outcomes of our outbound sales efforts".
Outbound email, cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting and gifting, per the pricing page. The homepage also mentions SMS for appointment setting.
The pricing page lists 7 to 10 days for appointment setting, 1 to 3 days for lead generation and 1 to 2 days for outbound consulting. Start dates fall on the 1st or 15th of the month.
Get three things in writing, from Leadium, from us, or from anyone else:
A qualified meeting is defined at what counts as a qualified meeting. Before you take any quote, use the cost per meeting calculator to find the most a meeting is worth to you.
