Home › Blog › Operatix pricing (October 2026): no published price, and what its own pages do tell you
Operatix publishes no price; its pricing page is an ROI calculator. What its own pages say about who it serves, its model and terms, plus alternatives.

Short answer: Operatix does not publish a price. Its pricing page is an ROI calculator that ends in "we can suggest the best program for your needs" (as of October 2026). The calculator's default cost-per-lead input is 700, but the page does not say that is an Operatix fee. Operatix sells sales development to B2B software vendors only, in 22 languages, and has been part of memoryBlue since 2023.
How this page was made. Written by Moe Alhosni, who runs ROI Maximizer, a pay-per-meeting agency that competes with Operatix. Operatix facts come from its own pages, read on 30 October 2026, and the acquisition from the press release. I have not repeated third-party price estimates, because Operatix confirms none of them.
| Item | What Operatix publishes | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Price | None shown | Pricing page, as of October 2026 |
| Plans | None; "we can suggest the best program for your needs" after the calculator | Pricing page |
| Calculator default | "Cost Per Lead" input preset to 700; not described as an Operatix fee | Pricing page |
| Minimum term | Not stated | Pricing page and homepage |
| Who it serves | "B2B Software vendors" only | Homepage |
| Languages | "WE CAN SELL IN 22 DIFFERENT LANGUAGES" | Homepage |
| Model flexibility | A client testimonial: "we can agree to a partial performance-based approach" | Homepage |
You will see Operatix's calculator start at a cost per lead of 700. That is an input you are meant to change to your own figure, and the page does not say it is what Operatix charges. I would not quote it as an Operatix price, and you should not budget on it.
Operatix is a sales development agency for software companies, founded in 2012 and headquartered in London, per the 2023 acquisition release. The homepage says "Our high-performing Sales Development Teams are specialized in helping B2B Software vendors accelerate growth" and that its portfolio is "100% of B2B Software vendors", with specialist pods for cybersecurity, big data, fintech, martech and others.
Services listed on its site:
Coverage is North America, LATAM, EMEA and APAC, with offices listed in London, California, Texas and Singapore.
In July 2023 memoryBlue, a US sales development firm, announced it had acquired Operatix. The release said the combined business would cover more than 20 languages with over 750 employees, and that Operatix's co-founder and CEO, Aurelien Mottier, would become President of the combined business. Operatix's site now sits inside memoryBlue's menu. If you get a quote, ask which entity you would contract with.
The homepage also has a results block for its "100+ clients" whose metric values showed as 0 when I read it, so I cannot quote those.
Nothing is published: no term, no notice period, no minimum. Two client testimonials on the homepage give hints. One says "The team is flexible about the model – we can agree to a partial performance-based approach." Another says the client can scale up or down. Take those as things to ask for, not terms you will get.
With no published fee, there is no honest per-meeting figure. When the quote arrives, divide the monthly fee by meetings that actually took place, and ask whether part of the fee can move with results, since a client says Operatix agreed to that. Use the cost per meeting calculator.
It is the wrong call if you are not a software company, or if you need a published price before a call.
| Firm | How it charges, from its own page (as of October 2026) | Term |
|---|---|---|
| Operatix | Not published | Not published |
| CIENCE | $2,000 team + $499 platform + SDRs from $1,750 (offshore) or $3,500 (US and Europe) a month | "Month to month, no long contract" |
| Martal Group | "flat fee per month", not published | "3 Month Pilot Campaign", then monthly |
| Sopro | "starts at around €3.4K per month" | "no minimum contract" |
| Belkins | "From $5,000/month" | "Six-month agreement with a three-month checkpoint" |
| ROI Maximizer | Setup $1,000–$3,000, then $200–$500 per qualified meeting that took place, or a flat $5,000 a month | No minimum term |
For tech vendors, CIENCE and Martal Group are the nearest comparisons: see CIENCE vs Martal Group. European buyers should also look at Sopro pricing.
We charge per meeting. A one-off setup fee of $1,000–$3,000, then $200–$500 per qualified meeting that took place, nothing for a no-show. Or a flat $5,000 a month. No minimum term. Where Operatix may agree a partial performance element, our per-meeting plan is performance-based by default.
Our published proof: PR Noir, 27 leads that became 10 qualified meetings and a $90K deal in 45 days, and P1 Communications, 20+ qualified meetings. Neither is a software vendor, and we say so.

Operatix does not publish a price, as of October 2026. Its pricing page is an ROI calculator that leads to a programme recommendation and a sales conversation.
Not as far as its page says. The calculator's cost-per-lead field starts at 700, but the page does not describe it as an Operatix fee. It is an input for your own numbers.
memoryBlue announced its acquisition of Operatix in July 2023. memoryBlue described itself as a portfolio company of Avesi Partners in the same release.
Its homepage says its client portfolio is "100% of B2B Software vendors", so the answer appears to be no.
Not as a published plan. A client testimonial on the homepage says "we can agree to a partial performance-based approach", so it may be negotiable.
Get three things in writing, from Operatix, from us, or from anyone else:
A qualified meeting is defined at what counts as a qualified meeting. Before the call, find the most a meeting is worth to you with the cost per meeting calculator.
