Belkins' $5,000/month floor and six-month agreement vs $200–$500 per held meeting with no minimum term. Prices checked 2 November 2026.

Short answer: Choose Belkins if you want a large, multi-channel team (email, LinkedIn and calls) and can commit to its "six-month agreement with a three-month checkpoint", from $5,000 a month or from $750 per meeting on its per-appointment plan. Choose ROI Maximizer if you want cold email only, no minimum term, and to pay $200–$500 only for qualified meetings that took place, after a $1,000–$3,000 setup.
How this page was made. Written by Moe Alhosni, who runs ROI Maximizer, so I am one side of this comparison. Belkins figures come from Belkins's own pages, linked, and were re-checked on 2 November 2026. Where a figure is a third-party estimate or my own arithmetic, it says so. Where Belkins is the better pick, I say so.
This page is the head-to-head choice. For Belkins' price in full, see Belkins pricing. For other options, see Belkins alternatives, and for fintech buyers, Belkins alternatives for fintech.
| Belkins | ROI Maximizer | |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing model | Monthly retainer; a pay-per-appointment plan also exists | Pay per qualified meeting that took place, or a flat monthly fee |
| Published price | "From $5,000/month"; "pay-per-appointment plan starting from $750/meeting" (Belkins, checked 2 Nov 2026) | $1,000–$3,000 one-off setup, then $200–$500 per qualified meeting that took place, or a flat $5,000 a month (our pricing and terms) |
| Channels | Email, LinkedIn and cold calling, plus ABM and other services, per its own site | Cold email only |
| Minimum term | "Six-month agreement with a three-month checkpoint" (same Belkins page) | No minimum term |
| What counts as a meeting | Set out in its contract; Belkins says "Guaranteed meeting projections written into the contract" and that quantity "depends on the package" | A meeting that took place and that you approved against six written criteria (definition) |
| No-shows | Not stated on the pages I read; ask | Not charged |
| Published proof | Many published case studies and a large review footprint, across many industries | Two full case studies, both PR agencies: PR Noir and P1 Communications. No finance case study yet |
| Team | A large agency with dedicated teams per client | Small: run by me, with a small team |
Belkins' prices above are its own published floors. Third-party write-ups put the top of its retainer much higher; those are estimates, covered on the Belkins pricing page.
Belkins sells a team and a programme. The retainer pays for people working several channels for you over at least six months, with meeting projections in the contract. That suits a company that wants outbound run as a function, with phone and LinkedIn alongside email.
We sell held meetings from cold email. You pay a one-off setup, then only for meetings that took place and that you approved against a written definition. A no-show costs nothing. If volumes run high, the flat $5,000 a month caps the cost.
Belkins' per-appointment plan, from $750 per meeting, is the closest like-for-like comparison with our $200–$500 per meeting. Ask Belkins what its plan counts as an appointment, whether it means booked or held, and what term applies to it.
My arithmetic on the published floor of the Belkins retainer against our per-meeting range, ignoring setup on both sides:
| Qualified meetings that took place in a month | Belkins, retainer floor | ROI Maximizer at $200 | ROI Maximizer at $500 |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0 | $5,000 | $0 | $0 |
| 3 | $5,000 | $600 | $1,500 |
| 6 | $5,000 | $1,200 | $3,000 |
| 10 | $5,000 | $2,000 | $5,000 |
| 15 | $5,000 | $3,000 | $7,500 |
At the top of our range, the Belkins floor is cheaper per meeting from 10 qualified meetings a month. At the bottom, it would take 25. The real comparison is your quote, not the floor.
It depends on volume. Belkins publishes a floor of $5,000 a month or $750 per meeting on its per-appointment plan. We charge $200–$500 per qualified meeting that took place, after a $1,000–$3,000 setup, or $5,000 a month flat. At low volumes we cost less; at high volumes a retainer can cost less per meeting.
Belkins' own comparison page states a "Six-month agreement with a three-month checkpoint", checked on 2 November 2026. We have no minimum term.
It has a "pay-per-appointment plan starting from $750/meeting". Its main offer is a monthly retainer. Ask whether its appointments are counted when booked or when held.
