In short: when we get something wrong on this site, we fix it and log it here with the date. When a firm we cite changes its own price, we update the page and log that too.

How to ask for a correction is on the editorial policy. How we check figures in the first place is on our methodology.

Corrections

Changes made because something we published was wrong, unsupported or worded more strongly than the evidence.

DatePageWhat changed
30 October 2026llms.txt, the site guide for AI toolsThe founder line said "8+ years of B2B pipeline growth experience (ex-Moody's)". It now says 8+ years in B2B sales, including four and a half years in sales at Moody's in London (2019–2024).
29 October 2026About and the author box on every postThe bio said Moe "mastered scale and process at Moody's". It now states the role: four and a half years in sales at Moody's in London, most recently Assistant Director, Sales.
28 October 2026P1 Communications case study and 15 postsRemoved "4 new deals" and "a projected £12K/month revenue pipeline", which we could not support. The case study now says 20+ qualified meetings, with about half moving on to commercial talks.
28 October 2026The site FAQ, agent files and 10 postsRemoved "most clients book in 3–4 weeks", which we could not verify. Timing is now given as PR Noir's published result: 27 leads and 10 qualified meetings in its first 45 days.
28 October 2026Homepage, the free GTM teardown and the lead list checkerThe homepage said we research accounts and decision-makers "by hand rather than scraping", and the lead list copy said lists are checked by a person. The research is now described as done with AI, and the lead list copy no longer promises a person's check.
27 October 2026Pricing and terms and 33 postsRemoved statements about what a client takes with them when a contract ends, which did not match our terms. The site now makes no promise on it either way. Removed sums that priced PR Noir's results at our rates or a competitor's; its results stay.
26 October 2026Belkins pricing and other posts that cite BelkinsWe said Belkins does not publish a price. Belkins' own articles do: "From $5,000/month" and a pay-per-appointment plan "starting from $750/meeting". The posts now quote them, linked and dated.
26 October 2026Pay per meeting vs retainerThe post said we bill booked meetings. We bill qualified meetings that took place.
25 October 2026Callbox pricing, three other posts and the cost per meeting calculatorCallbox's $16,000–$32,000 is a quarterly figure on its pricing page. We had read it as monthly. Every derived cost per meeting was recalculated.
25 October 2026PR Noir case study and 32 postsPosts gave PR Noir's results over 30 days. The correct window is 45 days. The case study's first opportunity also said $20K a month; the figure is $15K a month, which is what its $90K deal is built on.
25 October 2026llms.txt and the agent files"Verified client results" became "as published on roimaxi.com". No outside body verifies our case studies.
18 October 2026Sticky booking bar and mini calculatorThe bar said "You pay per booked meeting, not a retainer". Our terms are per qualified meeting that took place, or a flat $5,000 a month.
18 October 2026Free GTM teardownThe page said "We do not store your email". When you ask for a copy by email, we keep the address. The page and the privacy notice now say so.
16 October 2026Cold email statistics and other data posts1,543 was described as a count of replies. It counts people, each once. Reply events, which are a different count, are now labelled as such, and the reply-intent shares were redone from the full reply text instead of short previews.
1 October 2026Homepage and six postsRemoved the claim of "33+ qualified meetings every 30 days" on average. It was a self-reported average we could not show. Named client results stayed.

Updates when a source changed
