Short answer: Choose SalesRoads if your buyers are best reached by phone and you want dedicated SDRs, at $11,950 per four-week period for one SDR, with no long-term contract. Choose ROI Maximizer if you want cold email only and to pay $200–$500 only for qualified meetings that took place, after a $1,000–$3,000 setup, also with no minimum term.

How this page was made. Written by Moe Alhosni, who runs ROI Maximizer, so I am one side of this comparison. SalesRoads figures come from SalesRoads's own pages, linked, and were re-checked on 2 November 2026. Where a figure is a third-party estimate or my own arithmetic, it says so. Where SalesRoads is the better pick, I say so.

This page is the head-to-head choice. For SalesRoads' price in full, see SalesRoads pricing; for other options, SalesRoads alternatives.

Note the billing unit: four weeks, not a calendar month. That is 13 invoices a year, so one SDR costs $155,350 a year.

What the money buys in each case

SalesRoads sells a phone-first SDR programme: dedicated SDRs, a strategist, a coach and a data team, calling and emailing your market. Neither of us asks for a long contract, which makes this an unusually clean comparison of what you pay for.

With SalesRoads you pay for the team's time. With us you pay for meetings that took place.

The cost at different results

My arithmetic on SalesRoads' one-SDR price per four weeks against our per-meeting range, ignoring our setup:

Qualified meetings that took place in a monthSalesRoads, one SDR per 4 weeksROI Maximizer at $200ROI Maximizer at $500
0$11,950$0$0
3$11,950$600$1,500
6$11,950$1,200$3,000
10$11,950$2,000$5,000
15$11,950$3,000$7,500

At the top of our range, one SalesRoads SDR is cheaper per meeting from 24 qualified meetings in four weeks; at the bottom, from 60.

Frequently asked questions

How much does SalesRoads cost?

$11,950 per four-week period for one SDR and $16,750 for two, checked on its pricing page on 2 November 2026.

Does SalesRoads require a long contract?

No. Its pricing page says its programmes run without long-term commitments. We have no minimum term either.

Does SalesRoads guarantee meetings?

It does not price per meeting. You pay for the SDR team. We charge per qualified meeting that took place.

Phone or email for B2B?

It depends on who you sell to. Owners of smaller firms often answer the phone; larger organisations often route first contact by email.

Before you sign with anyone

Get three things in writing before you pay SalesRoads, us or anyone else.

  1. The qualification definition. Role, company size, a need they voiced, and "held, not booked". Ours is in what counts as a qualified meeting.
  2. What a month with no meetings costs. On a retainer or SDR fee, the full fee. On pay per meeting, nothing beyond setup.
  3. The term and the notice period. In the contract, not on a call.
