Short answer: Choose CIENCE if you want SDRs on email, phone and LinkedIn, month to month, from $4,249 a month for one offshore SDR before setup and bonus. Choose ROI Maximizer if you want cold email only and to pay $200–$500 only for qualified meetings that took place, after a $1,000–$3,000 setup, with no minimum term.

How this page was made. Written by Moe Alhosni, who runs ROI Maximizer, so I am one side of this comparison. CIENCE figures come from CIENCE's own pages, linked, and were re-checked on 2 November 2026. Where a figure is a third-party estimate or my own arithmetic, it says so. Where CIENCE is the better pick, I say so.

This page is the head-to-head choice. For CIENCE's price in full and how it has changed, see CIENCE pricing; for other options, CIENCE alternatives; and for two similar firms side by side, SalesHive vs CIENCE and CIENCE vs Martal Group.

The $4,249 is my sum of CIENCE's published floors: $2,000 campaign team, $499 platform and one offshore SDR at $1,750. Setup and any bonus come on top.

What the money buys in each case

CIENCE sells a configurable SDR operation: you pick offshore or US/Europe SDRs, it runs the campaigns on its graph8 platform, and SDRs earn a bonus on held meetings. Both CIENCE and we are month to month.

The difference is what you pay for. CIENCE's monthly fees are fixed and the bonus rises with held meetings. Our fee is only for held, approved meetings.

The cost at different results

My arithmetic on CIENCE's published floor for one offshore SDR against our per-meeting range, ignoring setup and CIENCE's bonus:

Qualified meetings that took place in a monthCIENCE, one offshore SDRROI Maximizer at $200ROI Maximizer at $500
0$4,249$0$0
3$4,249$600$1,500
6$4,249$1,200$3,000
10$4,249$2,000$5,000
15$4,249$3,000$7,500

At the top of our range, CIENCE's floor is cheaper per meeting from 9 qualified meetings a month; at the bottom, from 22. CIENCE's bonus adds to its cost in the months that go well.

Before you sign with anyone

Get three things in writing before you pay CIENCE, us or anyone else.

  1. The qualification definition. Role, company size, a need they voiced, and "held, not booked". Ours is in what counts as a qualified meeting.
  2. What a month with no meetings costs. On a retainer or SDR fee, the full fee. On pay per meeting, nothing beyond setup.
  3. The term and the notice period. In the contract, not on a call.

To compare quotes on one number, put them into the cost per meeting calculator. If you want to talk it through, including whether CIENCE suits you better, book 30 minutes or email moe@roimaxi.com.
