Leadium alternatives (October 2026): seven firms that publish what Leadium does not

Home › Blog › Leadium alternatives (October 2026): seven firms that publish what Leadium does not

Leadium publishes no price and guarantees activity, not outcomes. Seven alternatives, priced from their own pages, including pay per meeting.

Short answer: Leadium's pricing page shows no price, says "all of our contracts are month-to-month", and guarantees "service and sales activity deliverables" but not outcomes (as of October 2026). If you want a printed price, CIENCE, SalesRoads, EBQ, Cleverly and FunnL all publish one. If you want the bill to follow results, look at per-meeting models, including ours.

How this page was made. Written by Moe Alhosni, who runs ROI Maximizer, a pay-per-meeting agency on this list. Every price comes from the firm's own page, read on 30 October 2026 and linked. Where a firm publishes no price, I say so. The firms are grouped by need, not ranked.

What Leadium offers and its terms

Leadium is a US-based outsourced SDR agency running outbound email, cold calling, LinkedIn and gifting. Its pricing page lists appointment setting, data sourcing and inbound lead qualification, with clients approving all work before launch and start dates on the 1st or 15th.

Terms: month-to-month contracts; no notice period published; no performance guarantee on outcomes. The enquiry form offers budget bands from "$2,500 to $3,500" up to "Above $10,000" a month; those are options you pick, not Leadium's fees. More in Leadium pricing.

The usual reasons to look elsewhere: you want to see a price before a call, or you want to pay for outcomes rather than activity.

If you want the same model with a printed price

CIENCE is the closest match with a rate card: email, phone and LinkedIn, month to month, $2,000 for the campaign team, $499 for the platform, SDRs from $1,750 offshore or $3,500 in the US and Europe. An SDR bonus is paid on held meetings above 60% of target. Setup is listed but not priced. See CIENCE pricing.

SalesRoads prints $11,950 per four weeks for one US SDR, phone and email, "Cancel anytime". Higher than Leadium's lower budget bands, but you know the number before the call.

EBQ prints $5,000 a month for a half-time rep and $10,000 for a full-time one, on an annual contract. Leadium's month-to-month terms are friendlier; EBQ's price is visible. See EBQ pricing.

If you want a quoted all-in fee with no setup

SalesHive quotes one monthly fee with "No setup fees" and "You owe $0 until you approve everything for launch", close to Leadium's approve-before-launch habit. Notice ends billing "at the end of the next billing month". See SalesHive pricing.

If you want something smaller

Cleverly prices appointment setting at "$697–$2,997/month" across LinkedIn, email and calling, below Leadium's lowest budget band. It says "We don't offer pure pay-per-appointment pricing". See Cleverly pricing.

Modern Inbound sells warm replies, not meetings, at $599 or $899 plus GST a month on its pricing page, plus $99 a month for mailboxes and $150 a year for domains, billed quarterly in advance, with "No guarantees. No refunds."

If you want to pay for outcomes

Leadium guarantees activity. FunnL bills partly on outcomes: a $2,000 retainer plus $300 per completed meeting, with "qualified" not defined. Belkins offers a pay-per-appointment plan "starting from $750/meeting" per its own blog.

Activity guarantees versus outcome pricing

Leadium's wording is worth reading twice, because most agencies work the same way and say it less clearly. A guarantee on "service and sales activity deliverables" means the emails go out, the calls get made and the lists get built. It does not mean meetings. That is a fair promise, since no agency controls whether a buyer says yes. The alternative is to move the risk in the price, not the guarantee: pay a fee per meeting that took place, so a quiet month costs less. Neither is right for everyone. A large market with steady demand often suits activity; a narrow one often suits outcome pricing.

ROI Maximizer

We charge per meeting. A one-off setup fee of $1,000–$3,000, then $200–$500 per qualified meeting that took place, nothing for a no-show. Or a flat $5,000 a month. No minimum term. On the per-meeting plan, the outcome is the invoice.

Our published proof: PR Noir, 27 leads that became 10 qualified meetings and a $90K deal in 45 days, and P1 Communications, 20+ qualified meetings.

Frequently asked questions

Does Leadium publish its prices?

No. As of October 2026 its pricing page shows no price. The enquiry form's budget bands, from "$2,500 to $3,500" to "Above $10,000" a month, are options for you to choose, not Leadium's fees.

What is a cheaper alternative to Leadium?

On printed prices, Cleverly's appointment setting starts at $697 a month and Modern Inbound at $599 plus GST for warm replies. FunnL starts at a $2,000 retainer plus $300 per completed meeting. Our per-meeting plan is a one-off $1,000–$3,000 setup, then $200–$500 per qualified meeting that took place.

Which Leadium alternatives are month to month?

CIENCE, SalesRoads and SalesHive's monthly plans, per their own pages. Leadium is month to month as well. We have no minimum term.

Does any alternative guarantee meetings?

None of the firms above publishes a meeting-count guarantee. Per-meeting models get to the same place differently: you pay only for meetings that happen.

Is Leadium good?

Its terms are fair: month to month, approval before launch, and honest wording about guarantees. Whether it is good for you depends on the quote and the meetings it produces. Divide one by the other before you decide.

Before you sign with anyone

Get three things in writing, from Leadium, from us, or from anyone else:

  1. The qualification definition. Titles, company size, and what makes a meeting count.
  2. No-show terms. Replaced, credited, or charged.
  3. What you pay in a zero-meeting month, and the notice period.

A qualified meeting is defined at what counts as a qualified meeting. Put each quote through the cost per meeting calculator before you compare.
