Home › Blog › SalesHive alternatives (October 2026): seven firms grouped by how they charge
SalesHive quotes one monthly fee and does not price by the meeting. Seven alternatives, priced from their own pages, from SDR seats to pay per meeting.

Short answer: SalesHive's pricing page quotes "One monthly fee", custom for each client, with "No setup fees", "No per-meeting pricing" and no meeting guarantee (as of October 2026). Buyers usually look elsewhere for a printed price (CIENCE, SalesRoads, EBQ, Abstrakt), for LinkedIn and email rather than phone (Cleverly, Sopro), or to pay per meeting (FunnL, us).
How this page was made. Written by Moe Alhosni, who runs ROI Maximizer, a pay-per-meeting agency on this list. Every price comes from the firm's own page, read on 30 October 2026 and linked. Where a firm publishes no price, I say so. The firms are grouped by need, not ranked.
SalesHive sells three plans: Starter (phone only, one SDR, "100+ daily touches", "Email channel not included"), Growth (phone and email, one SDR, "250+ daily touches") and Crush (two SDRs, "500+ daily touches"), each in a US-based or offshore version. All are "Custom quoted".
Terms, per the pricing page: written notice, with "outreach and billing end at the end of the next billing month"; annual plans "carry a longer commitment"; "You owe $0 until you approve everything for launch"; and "we do not guarantee a number of meetings". Details in SalesHive pricing, and what clients report in our SalesHive review.
| Firm | How it charges, from its own page (as of October 2026) | Minimum term | Zero-meeting month |
|---|---|---|---|
| SalesHive | "Custom quoted", one monthly fee, "No setup fees" | Month to month (notice runs to the end of the next billing month) or annual | Full fee |
| CIENCE | $2,000 team + $499 platform + SDRs from $1,750 (offshore) or $3,500 (US and Europe) a month | "Month to month, no long contract" | At least $4,249 |
| SalesRoads | $11,950 per 4 weeks for one SDR, $16,750 for two | "Cancel anytime" | Full fee |
| EBQ | $5,000 a month half-time, $10,000 full-time | Annual, paid monthly | Full fee |
| Abstrakt Marketing Group | Outbound BDR "starting at $5,000 per month" | Not stated | Full fee |
| Cleverly | Appointment setting "$697–$2,997/month"; lead gen "$397/mo to $997/mo" | Cold email month to month | Full fee |
| FunnL | "$2000 monthly retainer" + "$300 per completed sales meeting" | Not stated | $2,000, assumed |
| ROI Maximizer | Setup $1,000–$3,000, then $200–$500 per qualified meeting that took place, or a flat $5,000 a month | No minimum term | Nothing on the per-meeting plan after setup |
CIENCE publishes the parts: $2,000 for the campaign team, $499 for the platform, SDRs from $1,750 offshore or $3,500 US and Europe, month to month. A bonus is paid on held meetings once an SDR passes 60% of target. Compared in SalesHive vs CIENCE.
SalesRoads prints $11,950 per four weeks for one US SDR, up to $43,150 for six. "No long-term commitment. Cancel anytime." Like SalesHive's Growth plan, it is phone and email.
EBQ prints $5,000 a month for a half-time and $10,000 for a full-time rep, on an annual contract paid monthly. See EBQ pricing.
Abstrakt Marketing Group prints "starting at $5,000 per month" for Outbound BDR, phone-led, from St. Louis. It publishes no term.
Cleverly started on LinkedIn. Its FAQ gives "$397/mo to $997/mo" for lead generation, and its appointment-setting page "$697–$2,997/month" across LinkedIn, email and calling. It does not offer "pure pay-per-appointment pricing". See Cleverly pricing.
Sopro sells managed email, LinkedIn and display ads from "around €3.4K per month" with "no minimum contract". Replies go to your team to book.
SalesHive says outright it does not price by the meeting. FunnL does, partly: a $2,000 retainer plus $300 per completed meeting. Belkins has a pay-per-appointment plan "starting from $750/meeting", per its own blog, next to a retainer "From $5,000/month" on six months. See Belkins vs SalesHive.
A custom quote is not a bad sign. It means the price depends on scope. But it makes comparison harder, so ask SalesHive for the quote in the same shape as a printed rate card: number of SDRs, where they sit, channels, touches a day, monthly fee, and the notice period in days. Then put it next to CIENCE's and SalesRoads' published figures. If the SalesHive quote for one US SDR on phone and email is well below SalesRoads' $11,950 per four weeks, ask what is different, such as coaching, data volume or the strategist's time. If it is above, ask what the extra buys.
We charge per meeting. A one-off setup fee of $1,000–$3,000, then $200–$500 per qualified meeting that took place, nothing for a no-show. Or a flat $5,000 a month. No minimum term, and no extra notice month.
Our published proof: PR Noir, 27 leads that became 10 qualified meetings and a $90K deal in 45 days, and P1 Communications, 20+ qualified meetings. SalesHive's homepage counts 106K+ bookings since 2016. We are much smaller and say so.

SalesHive does not publish its price, so "cheaper" depends on the quote. On printed entry prices, Cleverly's appointment setting starts at $697 a month, FunnL at a $2,000 retainer plus $300 a meeting, and CIENCE at $4,249 with one offshore SDR. Our per-meeting plan is a one-off $1,000–$3,000 setup, then $200–$500 per qualified meeting that took place.
CIENCE, SalesRoads, EBQ, Abstrakt, Cleverly, FunnL and Modern Inbound all print prices on their own pages, as of October 2026. Belkins publishes a floor on its blog. We publish ours.
No. The pricing page says "No per-meeting pricing" and "we do not guarantee a number of meetings".
SalesRoads: US-based SDRs on phone and email, a flat fee, and no long commitment. The difference is that SalesRoads prints its price and SalesHive quotes it.
By written notice on a month-to-month plan. Billing ends at the end of the next billing month, per its pricing page, so plan for one more month of fees.
Get three things in writing, from SalesHive, from us, or from anyone else:
A qualified meeting is defined at what counts as a qualified meeting. Put each quote through the cost per meeting calculator before you compare.
