Home › Blog › Callbox alternatives (October 2026): seven firms that charge differently from a $6,667 pod
Callbox estimates $6,667 a month per campaign pod. Seven alternatives, priced from their own pages and grouped by what an empty month costs.

Short answer: Callbox's pricing page estimates "$6,667/mo" for one "Campaign Pod", with "Exact pricing provided after consultation", and does not publish a contract length (as of October 2026). Alternatives either cost less to start (Abstrakt from $5,000, CIENCE from $4,249), sell a single US rep at a printed price (SalesRoads, EBQ), or bill per meeting (FunnL, us).
How this page was made. Written by Moe Alhosni, who runs ROI Maximizer, a pay-per-meeting agency on this list. Every price comes from the firm's own page, read on 30 October 2026 and linked. Where a firm publishes no price, I say so. The firms are grouped by model, not ranked.
Callbox prices by the pod. One pod, per its pricing page, includes "1 dedicated SDR", "AI-enriched contact data", "Campaign manager oversight", "Weekly performance reporting" and a "Multi-channel outreach cadence" across phone, email, LinkedIn and web retargeting. The estimate is "$6,667/mo", "based on 1 pod". On contract length, the FAQ says "Contact our team for specific contract length options tailored to your situation."
So the published facts are: about $6,667 a month per SDR-sized unit, everything bundled, term not stated. A year of one pod is about $80,000, my arithmetic. More in Callbox pricing.
| Firm | How it charges, from its own page (as of October 2026) | Minimum term | Zero-meeting month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Callbox | Estimated "$6,667/mo" per pod | Not stated | Full fee, assumed |
| CIENCE | $2,000 team + $499 platform + SDRs from $1,750 (offshore) or $3,500 (US and Europe) a month | "Month to month, no long contract" | At least $4,249 |
| Abstrakt Marketing Group | Outbound BDR "starting at $5,000 per month" | Not stated | Full fee; no meeting promise |
| SalesRoads | $11,950 per 4 weeks for one SDR | "Cancel anytime" | Full fee |
| EBQ | $5,000 a month half-time, $10,000 full-time | Annual, paid monthly | Full fee |
| Belkins | "From $5,000/month"; PPA "starting from $750/meeting" | "Six-month agreement with a three-month checkpoint" | Retainer still due |
| FunnL | "$2000 monthly retainer" + "$300 per completed sales meeting" | Not stated | $2,000, assumed |
| ROI Maximizer | Setup $1,000–$3,000, then $200–$500 per qualified meeting that took place, or a flat $5,000 a month | No minimum term | Nothing on the per-meeting plan after setup |
CIENCE splits the pod into parts. $2,000 a month for the campaign team, $499 for the platform, then SDRs from $1,750 offshore or $3,500 in the US and Europe. One offshore SDR comes to $4,249 a month; one US SDR, $5,999. Terms are "Month to month, no long contract", with an unpriced setup fee. See CIENCE pricing.
Abstrakt Marketing Group prints "Pricing starting at $5,000 per month" for Outbound BDR, run across phone, email, LinkedIn and direct mail from a 500+ person St. Louis team. It does not publish a term, and says "No partner can promise a meeting with any specific company, and we do not." See Abstrakt Marketing Group pricing.
SalesRoads bills $11,950 per four weeks for one US SDR on phone and email, $16,750 for two, "No long-term commitment. Cancel anytime." It costs more than a Callbox pod per month, but the rep is US-based and the term is open.
EBQ charges $5,000 a month for a half-time rep and $10,000 for a full-time one, both on "annual contracts that can be paid monthly". Cheaper than a pod at the half-time level, with a year's commitment. See EBQ pricing.
Belkins wrote its own Belkins vs Callbox comparison (20 October 2026) and in it priced itself "From $5,000/month" on a "Six-month agreement with a three-month checkpoint", with a pay-per-appointment plan "starting from $750/meeting". A vendor's comparison of itself is a sales page; read it as one.
FunnL charges "Starting at $2000 monthly retainer and $300 per completed sales meeting". The retainer stays fixed, and the page does not define a qualified meeting.
A pod and a seat are priced differently but sold the same way: you rent capacity. To compare them fairly, ask every firm the same two questions. How many meetings took place, not booked, per month for clients at your deal size in the last two quarters? And what is the total monthly cost including setup, data and tools? Divide the second by the first. A $6,667 pod that produces eight held meetings costs about $833 a meeting. A $4,249 CIENCE seat that produces four costs about $1,062. My arithmetic, on made-up volumes. Your volumes will differ.
We charge per meeting. A one-off setup fee of $1,000–$3,000, then $200–$500 per qualified meeting that took place, nothing for a no-show. Or a flat $5,000 a month. No minimum term.
Against a pod, the difference is what an empty month costs. On a pod, about $6,667. On our per-meeting plan, nothing after setup. Our published proof: PR Noir, 27 leads that became 10 qualified meetings and a $90K deal in 45 days, and P1 Communications, 20+ qualified meetings.

Callbox's pricing page estimates "$6,667/mo" for one Campaign Pod, as of October 2026, with "Exact pricing provided after consultation". A pod includes one dedicated SDR, data, a campaign manager and weekly reporting.
Callbox does not publish one. Its FAQ says "Contact our team for specific contract length options tailored to your situation." Get the term and notice period in writing.
On published entry prices: FunnL's $2,000 retainer plus $300 per completed meeting, CIENCE from $4,249 a month with one offshore SDR, and Abstrakt's Outbound BDR from $5,000. Our per-meeting plan has a one-off $1,000–$3,000 setup, then $200–$500 per qualified meeting that took place.
They sell similar retainer programmes. Belkins publishes a $5,000 floor and a six-month agreement; Callbox publishes a $6,667 pod estimate and no term. Compare the written term and the zero-meeting month, not the logos.
CIENCE ("Month to month, no long contract") and SalesRoads ("Cancel anytime"), per their own pages. We have no minimum term.

A qualified meeting is defined at what counts as a qualified meeting. Put each quote through the cost per meeting calculator before you choose.
