Short answer: The 2027 fintech and banking calendar opens with the credit unions' GAC in Washington DC (from 28 February) and MoneyLIVE in London (2–3 March), and peaks twice: the second week of June (Money20/20 Europe, SuperReturn International, Wealth Management EDGE and Insurtech Insights USA overlap) and the second half of September (FinovateFall, Money20/20 Middle East, Sibos, Fintech Week London and ITC Vegas). Sixteen of the 24 events below have 2027 dates confirmed on the organiser's own page. For every one, send the first meeting request about six weeks before day one.

Last checked: 2 November 2026. We re-check every date each November.

How to read this calendar

Each event carries one of three labels.

We left out three names you may expect. For Fintech Meetup, a third-party listing gave 2027 dates we could not confirm: the organiser's site blocked our check, so it stays off until we can. LendIt Fintech, later Fintech Nexus, is now a publication, and we found no 2027 conference. The American Bankers Association had not published its 2027 annual convention when we checked.

How to use an event to book meetings

The meeting is booked before the flight, not on the floor. Buyers at these events fill their calendars in the four weeks before, and the people you most want to meet are the ones least likely to stop at a stand. This is the timing we recommend, counted back from day one of the event.

  1. Six weeks before: the first email. Name the event, say you will be there, and offer two or three 20-minute slots on specific days. One line on why the meeting is worth their time, no deck.
  2. Four weeks before: a short follow-up to the same thread with one new reason to meet: a number, a peer example or a question about their roadmap.
  3. Two weeks before: a last nudge. "Still keen to meet in Amsterdam; if the week is full, a call after works too." That second option books meetings with people who are not going.
  4. During the event: keep 30 minutes a day free for walk-ups from people who replied late.
  5. Within five working days after: follow up every meeting, and email the people who did not reply with a note that you were there and a call slot.

Two rules hold for every event. Build the list from the buyer titles, not from the attendee list: most organisers do not publish attendees, and the buyers who matter often attend only the closed sessions. And check the email rules for the recipient's country before the first send; our finance outbound compliance checker covers the UK, EU, US and Canada.

Frequently asked questions

When is Money20/20 Europe 2027?

8–10 June 2027 at The RAI in Amsterdam, as published on the organiser's site when we checked on 2 November 2026. It falls in the same week as SuperReturn International in Berlin and Wealth Management EDGE in Florida.

When and where is Sibos 2027?

20–23 September 2027 at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, according to Swift's Sibos site. It overlaps with Fintech Week London (20–24 September) and ITC Vegas (21–23 September).

How early should I email people to book meetings at a fintech conference?

About six weeks before the first day, with follow-ups at four and two weeks. Buyers fill their event calendars in the month before, and the most senior people often book only pre-arranged meetings.

Which 2027 fintech events have not announced dates yet?

FinovateEurope, Point Zero Forum, Dubai FinTech Summit, Web Summit and the Singapore FinTech Festival had no 2027 dates published on 2 November 2026. We list their 2026 dates only, and re-check every November.

Do I need an exhibition stand to book meetings at these events?

No. Most meetings at fintech events are booked by email beforehand and held in hotel lobbies, meeting rooms or cafés near the venue. A stand helps with walk-ups, but the buyers who sign rarely walk the floor.

Before you sign with anyone

If you hire an agency to book meetings around an event, ask three things first.

  1. How far ahead will they start? Anything less than four weeks before the event is late.
  2. Who builds the list? It should come from your buyer titles and accounts, not from a scraped attendee list.
  3. What counts as a booked meeting? The meeting should be with a buyer who fits your criteria, at a time and place both sides confirmed.

We charge $200–$500 per qualified meeting that took place, after a $1,000–$3,000 setup. We have not run a campaign in financial services yet, so this calendar is a planning aid, not a record of our results. Our financial services hub has the sector, city and compliance guides.
