Lead generation agencies for selling to, or as, asset and wealth managers, compared on published prices as of October 2026, with the promotion rules that apply.

Short answer: If you sell to asset and wealth managers, Callbox names "Wealth Management" and "Investment Management" as segments and estimates $6,667 a month per pod (as of October 2026). If you are the wealth firm prospecting, the investment-promotion rules shape what any agency may send. LeadHaste ($4,500 a month plus $1,000 setup) has an advisory outreach page. We charge $200–$500 per qualified meeting that took place, after a $1,000–$3,000 setup, with no finance campaign yet.

How this page was made. I'm Moe Alhosni and I run ROI Maximizer, which is one of the agencies listed here. Every competitor figure comes from the firm's own website, read on 31 October 2026 and linked. Where a firm doesn't publish something, I say so. Asset managers are the buyers I know best. At Moody's I was Account Manager on Tier 1 banks and asset managers, and later did Credit Solutions sales covering asset managers.

This page is B2B only. It covers two cases: vendors selling to asset managers, wealth managers and RIAs, and those firms prospecting institutions and businesses. It does not cover retail investor campaigns or fundraising from unvetted individuals. We don't run those.

Which side are you on?

The legal position changes depending on who sends the email.

Any agency that writes for the second group should build in compliance sign-off for every template and the list, and say so before you sign. This is general information, not legal advice; check with your compliance team or counsel.

LeadHaste's page says "15–25 advisory consultations/mo with qualified prospects". That is its own claim, and I couldn't check it. If it matters to your decision, ask for the clients behind it.

How asset managers buy

Some of this I learned selling into asset managers at Moody's. It changes how you should judge any agency.

  1. The first meeting is with a function, not the firm. That might be a head of risk, a head of data or a portfolio manager on one desk. The firm buys later, through operations, procurement and vendor due diligence.
  2. Small firms decide faster, large ones decide bigger. A boutique manager can say yes in one call. A large manager runs a committee. Brief your agency on which you want, because the list, the titles and the copy differ.
  3. Timing follows the calendar. Budget rounds, regulatory deadlines and fund launches all decide when a project exists.

Pricing, on the same basis

Ask one question of every quote: what do I pay in a month that books nothing?

Divide each monthly fee by the meetings you honestly expect, then compare. The cost per meeting calculator does the sum.

Questions to send every agency on your shortlist

  1. Have you booked meetings with asset or wealth managers in the last 12 months? With which titles?
  2. If we are the regulated firm, who signs off the copy, and does your process wait for it?
  3. What is your written definition of a qualified meeting?
  4. What do I pay in a month with no meetings?
  5. Will you email individuals at any point? The right answer for a B2B campaign is no.

Terms such as RIA, institutional communication and financial promotion are defined in the finance outbound glossary. All our finance pages are in financial services.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best lead generation agency for wealth management firms?

As of October 2026, Callbox names wealth and investment management as segments. LeadHaste publishes a compliance-aware advisory page with a fixed monthly price. Danish Lead Co specialises in private equity. Pick on who you are emailing: vendors selling to wealth firms face lighter rules than wealth firms prospecting for clients.

Can an asset manager use cold email to find institutional clients?

Often yes, but the investment-promotion rules apply. In the UK, look at FSMA s21 and the professional-investor exemption in Article 19 of the Financial Promotion Order. In the US, look at FINRA 2210 and the SEC Marketing Rule. See FINRA 2210 and the SEC Marketing Rule for prospecting emails. This is general information, not legal advice; check with your compliance team or counsel.

How much does lead generation for asset managers cost?

Published starting points as of October 2026: Danish Lead Co from $3,000 a month, LeadHaste $4,500 a month plus $1,000 setup, Belkins' fintech starter from $5,000, and Callbox about $6,667 a month per pod. We charge $200–$500 per qualified meeting that took place, after a $1,000–$3,000 setup.

Before you sign with anyone

Get three things in writing before you pay any agency, including this one.

  1. The qualification definition. It should cover firm type and size, the function, a live project, and the words "held, not booked". The general version is in what counts as a qualified meeting.
  2. No-show terms. The answer should be "not charged".
  3. What a zero-meeting month costs. On a retainer you pay anyway. On pay per meeting you pay nothing, and the contract should say so.
